About Me

Grace Butler — Full-Spectrum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist & Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Hi, I’m Grace.

I’m a certified full-spectrum doula, newborn care specialist, and pediatric sleep consultant — and I support families through pregnancy, birth, and life with a new baby.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, but the way I show up is simple:
calm, flexible, and nonjudgmental.

There’s no one “right” way to do this.
So we focus on what works for you.

Before becoming a doula, I spent eight years as a nanny working closely with neurodivergent children and their families.

That experience shaped everything about how I support families now.

It taught me that:

  • no two nervous systems are the same

  • routines need to bend and breathe

  • and real support means meeting people exactly where they are

I learned how to slow down, pay attention to the small cues, and create rhythms that actually feel safe and sustainable — not forced.

That’s something I carry into every family I work with.

Now, with my professional training, years of hands-on experience, and my own experience as a mom, I support both babies and parents in a way that feels grounded and realistic.

Whether we’re working on feeding, soothing, sleep, or just getting through those early weeks…
my goal is always the same:

to help you feel more confident, more rested, and more supported.

Support can look different depending on what you need.

That might be:

  • preparing for your birth and understanding your options

  • having steady, hands-on support after your baby arrives

  • help with feeding, newborn care, and recovery

  • or building sleep rhythms that actually work for your baby and your life

As a pediatric sleep consultant, I focus on sleep in a way that’s responsive and realistic — no pressure, no rigid rules, and nothing that doesn’t feel right to you.

Whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or just trying to get more sleep…

I’m here to walk through it with you.
