About Me

Grace Butler — Full-Spectrum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist & Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Becoming a parent is a season full of new beginnings, deep connection, and learning as you go. It is a time that deserves care, patience, and support that actually feels good to receive. My work is centered around helping families feel more confident, more rested, and more supported as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and life with a new baby.

I’m Grace, a certified full-spectrum doula, newborn care specialist, and pediatric sleep consultant, and I offer care that is grounded, gentle, and deeply human. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices but led with empathy, flexibility, and respect for each family’s unique rhythm. I believe good support should feel steady, nonjudgmental, and personalized, never rigid or one-size-fits-all.

Before stepping into doula work, I spent eight years as a nanny working closely with neurodivergent children and their families. That experience shaped how I care for families today. It taught me that no two nervous systems are the same, that routines need to bend and breathe, and that real support means meeting people exactly where they are. I learned how to slow down, tune in to subtle cues, and create rhythms that feel safe and supportive, skills that now live at the heart of my newborn care, sleep support, and postpartum work.

Paired with my professional training, becoming a mom myself, and years of hands-on doula experience, this background allows me to support both babies and parents in a way that is gentle, intuitive, and never one-size-fits-all. Whether we are working on feeding, soothing, sleep foundations, or just getting through those early weeks home, my goal is always the same, to help your family feel more confident, more rested, and more supported.

Today, I offer personalized support that can look like prenatal education, birth preparation, hands-on newborn care, feeding guidance, gentle sleep support, emotional support, and postpartum recovery care. As a pediatric sleep consultant, I help families build sleep rhythms that feel realistic, responsive, and aligned with their values, without pressure, fear-based methods, or rigid rules.

Whether you are preparing for your birth, settling into life with a newborn, or looking for steadier sleep and smoother days, I am here to walk beside you through it all.
