With more than five years of experience in pediatric sleep consulting, I help families navigate sleep challenges through individualized, developmentally appropriate guidance.
From newborn sleep foundations to frequent night wakings, nap transitions, and toddler bedtime struggles, we'll work together to establish realistic routines and sustainable sleep habits that align with your family's needs and parenting preferences.
My goal isn't just better sleep. It's helping you understand your child's sleep and feel confident navigating it as they grow.

Hi, I'm Grace!
I'm the founder of The Modern Doula, a certified birth and postpartum doula, pediatric sleep consultant, and mom who believes that good support should never come with an agenda.
Since 2022, I've had the privilege of supporting more than 50 families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the early years of parenthood. Along the way, I've learned that no two families need exactly the same thing, and that's what I love most about this work.
My approach combines evidence-based education, practical experience, and genuine connection. Whether we're navigating birth preferences, settling into life with a newborn, or working through sleep challenges, my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, confident, and supported in the choices that work best for your family.
